Adsystech is providing Science Applications International Corporation a broad range of technology support for the Office of the Secretary of Transportation and the Transportation Administrative Services Center. Adsystech performs under the Information Systems Engineering (ISE) and Systems Operations and Maintenance (SOM) contracts. All Federal, State and local government agencies are authorized to use ITOP if they choose.
