We have an immediate opening in Chicago, IL for a Sr. Telecommunications Engineer.  We also have immediate openings in Washington, DC for a System Engineer, Planners/Schedulers, Financial Analysts, Programmers/Developers, System Safety Engineers/Systems Safety Engineers, Information Systems Analysts who possess either Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace (NAS) experience or DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) experience. Sr. Telecommunications Engineer

Responsibilities: Provide engineering expertise concerning state-of-the-art design, design review, transition, integration, and implementation of voice and voice switching network communications systems acquired in conjunction with FAA’s National Airspace System modernization efforts. Specifically, will support the FAA Great Lakes Region (AGL), Central Service Area, Telecommunications Services Manager (TSM) in all aspects of the transition and implementation of the FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI) Program. Minimal travel (approx., 25%) may be required to support the FTI Program implementation goals and objectives.

Planner/Scheduler

We have immediate openings for a Planner/Scheduler who possess Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) experience in Washington, DC.  This position requires a minimum Bachelor's degree in business-related subject areas such as civil, system, or aerospace engineering.  When sending your resume and salary requirements for consideration, please include the code 'CSM' in the Subject line.

Responsibilities:  Provides analytical services for analyzing and evaluating the planning and scheduling of a wide range of National Airspace System (NAS) implementation programs and projects.  The planning expertise required will affect the design, construction, safety, installation, implementation, management and efficiency of the NAS.  Candidate will support FAA's Investment Analysis process on major FAA programs.  Candidate must be skilled in MS Project (or similar tool) and possess experience in schedule development and management; schedule risk analysis; critical path analysis; variance analysis; WBS development; and have an understanding of the OMB Exhibit 300 development process.

Financial Analysts

We have immediate openings for Financial Analysts who possess Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) experience ranging from entry to senior levels in Washington, DC.  These positions require Associate's/Bachelor's/Master's degree in business-related subject areas such as accounting, finance, or economics.  When sending your resume and salary requirements, please include the code 'CSM' in the Subject line.

Responsibilities:  Classifies, monitors and summarizes financial and accounting data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.  Provides financial management planning and execution support.  Knowledge of the theories, principles and practices of financial management, including extracting accounting data; time value analysis, cash flow analysis, and cost/benefit analysis.  Familiarity with the Government appropriation process and accounting procedures is a plus.

Programmer/Developer

Design, analyze, code, configure, and implement new computer programs; perform unit and system testing; provide technical support and assist in personal training.  Applicant must have Microsoft VB, VB.NET and SQL as well as SQL server knowledge and ORACLE background.  Good verbal (English) skills and extensive travel within US and good analytical skills.  Bachelor's degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience is required.

System Safety Engineer/Systems Safety Engineer

Adsystech is seeking qualified system safety engineers to support the Federal Aviation Administration in modernization of the National Airspace System and in implementing a Safety Management System that meets International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) requirements under Procedures for Air Navigation Systems (PANS4444).  The work involves conduct of system safety engineering analyses, such as Preliminary Hazard Analysis, System Hazard Analysis, and Operation and Support Hazard analysis.  Applicants must meet the qualifications for the following positions.  Senior System Safety Engineer- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, physics,  or equivalent.  A minimum of ten years experience within the system safety engineering career field is required, with at least 2 years as a project manager or team lead on an aviation or aerospace safety analysis project.  Mid-level System Safety Engineer – Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math or physics or a vocational or technical school certificate indicating that post-secondary school education and training in the safety engineering career field has been completed. A minimum of 5 years experience within the safety engineering career field.  Entry-level Safety Engineer –Bachelor’s Degree,  Associates Degree as a System Safety Engineer. or a vocational or technical school certificate indicating that post-secondary school education and training in the safety engineering career field has been completed. No experience within the safety engineering career field required.
 

Information Systems Analyst

Adsystech is looking for information engineers with experience in translating business process requirements into functional and design specifications for information systems.  You will lead project teams that use our next generation technology in engineering, augmenting and/or integrating information systems.  This exciting technology permits true RAD/JAD engagements and results in custom solutions “faster, better, and cheaper” than using current COTS or custom development tools.
