Washington, DC Selects Adsystech, Hansen to Provide Permits, Code Enforcement, Parcel Management and Planning Solution

Washington, DC Oct 18, 1999 — Adsystech, Inc. announced today that Hansen Information Technologies Inc.'s Version 7 has been selected by the City of Washington, DC to provide the solution for the management of permits, code enforcement, zoning administration, field inspections, and project processing for the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). DCRA services include the management and processing of Permits, Licenses, Planning, Housing Inspections, and Code Enforcement. The issuance of Permits is very stage-oriented and process-intensive.

Once again, Adsystech is teamed with Hansen to implement the working system. Adsystech is Hansen's Certified Business Partner for the mid-Atlantic region. The Adsystech/Hansen system enables the City to optimize its resources and provide more efficient services. The system also ensures that City procedures and development codes are met before permits or Certificates of Occupancy are issued.

The project will also involve integrating with the City's ARC/INFO GIS, providing CDPD capability for inspectors, and on-line reviews.

Adsystech is a systems integrator for federal, state and local governments and commercial clients.
