Washington, DC Selects Adsystech, Hansen to Establish City-wide Call Center

Washington, DC Oct 22, 1999 — Adsystech, Inc. announced today that Hansen Information Technologies Inc.'s Version 7 has been selected by the City of Washington, DC to provide the solution for the implementation of a City-wide Call Center. The key to the call center would be its ability to handle the immediate inquiries and request of the constituents as well as the longer-term needs of the city. Once again, Adsystech is teamed with Hansen to implement the working system. Adsystech is Hansen's Certified Business Partner for the mid-Atlantic region.

The new City-wide Call Center provides a single public interface and improves responsiveness to public infrastructure inquiries as well as improves the delivery of services resulting from such inquiries. The solution focuses on streamlining the service delivery process while improving management's ability to monitor and control the process. Advanced telecommunications and information technologies will enable the Call Center to respond to requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, while using a single phone number. The Adsystech/Hansen solution allows the City not only to record and act on these calls, but to manage the details of how they were resolved. This is accomplished using Hansen's powerful Asset Management System with related work orders or Case Management System.

Adsystech is a systems integrator for federal, state and local governments and commercial clients. Adsystech provides Business Process Reengineering (BPR) of client business processes, and installs, adapts, operates and maintains the Hansen suite of products to operate and manage call centers, assets and physical infrastructure such as roads and bridges, fleet vehicles, permits and licenses, water collection and distribution, parks and other maintenance items.
