Adsystech and Teloquent® Create Partnership to Supply Customer Interaction Solutions for Governments
Silver Spring, MD August, 2000 — Adsystech and Teloquent have entered into an ongoing reseller agreement whereby
Adsystech will market, sell, and support the Teloquent Interaction Platform solution to government agencies. The Teloquent
solution will complement Adsystech's existing partnership with Hansen Information Technologies. When integrated with a customer
relationship management (CRM) application such as Hansen, Teloquent delivers a customer web chat, e-mail, or phone inquiry to
the most appropriate agent along with information from the CRM application to prepare the agent to handle the specific request.
"Adsystech partners with leading technology companies to create IT solutions that meet the critical communications
needs of government and commercial organizations around the world," said Adsystech Vice President Roland Gillis. "Teloquent's
solution enables customer relationship management to be consistently practiced through both web and voice communications, which
is a critical need today for most government agencies."
Adsystech and Teloquent have partnered in the past to integrate their respective solutions for various local
governments, including the Washington, DC Citywide Call Center. "Using a solution from Teloquent and Adsystech, the District of
Columbia has dramatically improved constituent services," said Kelly Valentine, special assistant to the Executive Office of the
Mayor of Washington, DC, "We've enhanced day-to-day operations and resource management, and we provide faster response to
inquiries."
