Adsystech, Inc. Announces New e-Commerce Engagements
Washington, DC January 24, 2001 — Adsystech, Inc. announced that it has been working on three recently signed
purchase orders under its Federal GSA Schedule 70 contract to provide e-Commerce services to Federal Defense Department
agencies.
Adsystech was awarded two purchase orders to continue providing basic telecommunications infrastructure support for
the U.S. Air Force Material Command, 78th Communications Squadron (CS) at Warner Robins Air Force Base. Adsystech had previously
converted the Electronic Directory (ELDIR) database system to its client/server application solution, the eDirectory©
product. eDirectory provides a central access point to directory information, allowing management and security of this
information online and enabling online publishing and interactive searching of authorized directory information through an
Intranet web site.
Under one purchase order, Adsystech is providing value added enhancements of its eDirectory software product by
installing web site software in the existing network infrastructure environment. These enhancements will overcome Microsoft NT
server domain and security trustee access rights limitations and will provide a low cost, inter-office user access.
Adsystech had also previously provided its Contract Telecommunication Management Software (CTMS) product to enhance
the CS Telephone Data Inventory System (TDIS). Under a second purchase order, Adsystech is providing value-added enhancements of
CTMS for modification of the new LAN-based TDIS. Adsystech is installing CTMS client/server software in the existing network
infrastructure environment of Robins AFB to provide a low cost, interoffice user access to the new system, and transferring
data, installing and configuring the CTMS application within the existing MS NT server, Windows 98/NT workstation and MS SQL
Server environment.
Adsystech has also signed a purchase order providing technical support to the Tricare Region 3 and 4 Logistics
Materiel management operations and process improvement initiatives, and specifically, to Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
Adsystech is performing business process reengineering and is designing and implementing systems for e-commerce
business-to-business (b2b) transactions and medical supply management.
Adsystech is a systems integrator for federal, state and local governments and commercial clients. Adsystech
provides technical support services and information technology solutions in the areas of Customer Relationship Management
(CRM)/Call Center Integration, Government Financial Management Tools, e-Commerce, Legacy Systems Migration, and Program
Management & Systems Engineering. |
