The Advisor© is an application that integrates processes and procedures from an organization's best practices into an environment where employees or customers can guide themselves. The Advisor© provides a flexible solution that turns those static Business Process Reengineering plans into a living part of your business. The Advisor© is a process-oriented self-help product that integrates seamlessly with Windows®-based systems and provides scripts in HTML for Internet/Intranet portals. The Advisor© has navigational capabilities that can greatly facilitate the administrative support services through its automated procedural scripts. The Advisor© is a Customer Relationship Management and intelligent workflow navigation tool that integrates captured policies, procedures, scripting templates, and alarm notification functions.
