The Adsystech Telecommunication Information Suite^© (ATIS^©) manages budgets, ensures the quality of services and tracks the responsiveness of telecommunication service providers, and entire quality assurance evaluation (QAE) process with greater efficiency and productivity.

ATIS was developed to assist military bases manage the increasing number of telecommunications functions being out-sourced to civilian contract providers. Designed to facilitate all aspects of an outsource/contract telecommunication operation, the Suite also adapts to a client’s business practices and automates various business processes to increase efficiency and productivity. The result is that an organization can do more with fewer or limited resources.

ATIS consists of two integrated applications: Contract Telecom Management Services^© (CTMS^©) and eDirectory^©. CTMS allows an organization to reclaim control over the entire process by automating workflow and communication, while preserving the integrity, and enforcing the consistent employment of an organization's own business rules and practices.

CTMS can help manage contract telecommunication service providers and entire QAE process for operations support, assets/inventory control, executive financial management, and adaptive business process modeling.

The eDirectory is the central access point to organizational directory information by allowing management and security of this information online and enabling online publishing and interactive searching of authorized directory information on an Intranet or other secure web site. Call Center personnel receive quick responses from eDirectory’s user-friendly and powerful search capabilities. eDirectory can help manage the personnel, organization, and special business information locator needs of an enterprise.
