The Adsystech TMS provided Robins AFB 78th Communications Squadron the ability to improve the quality and efficiency of its Telecom Support Operations. The primary functions of the Adsystech TMS are a customer service requests and trouble-ticket management, telecommunications equipment assets management, Online Electronic Directory System and web interface, and an Executive Financial Reporting and Decision Support system used by the executive administrative staff.
The Adsystech TMS development environment consists of Windows 98/NT workstations, Visual C++, Crystal Reports, SQL Server on NT Server 4.0, Java, and Visual Basic. The primary contract service provided by Adsystech included system design & integration, installation, configuration, testing and evaluation, and user training.
Other Adsystech services by are enterprise resource planning design work and business process reengineering for the contract effort. Adsystech will implement its e-Services.network, which will manage services for all of the Communication System, Computer Network, Visual Information System, and Information Management System customers.
