Adsystech implemented its AES^© Advisor^©, an intelligent information retrieval engine to enhance the Customer Service Module Software purchased by the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD). The Advisor^© captures policies, procedures, scripting templates, and an alarm notification functions into the application.  MSD is utilizing the Advisor^© in its call center for answering consumer questions and complaints related to server problems.
