Arnold Avant, President
Mr. Avant is the founder and owner of Adsystech. He has over thirty years experience as
manager and systems analyst specializing in engineering advanced systems. Mr. Avant is
responsible for establishing company policies and administrative procedures, formulating
and implementing business plans, managing financial resources, and supporting projects in
managerial and technical capacities.
Saul Cohen, Vice President Operations
Mr. Cohen has over thirty years experience in contracting, information systems and project
management. Mr. Cohen has managed large contracts in systems integration and software
engineering for commercial and government concerns. Mr. Cohen is Adsystech's Contracts
Administrator and manages and performs both contracting functions and business proposal
development for the firm.
Charles Mesler, Vice President Government Programs
Mr. Mesler has acted as the Project Manager for a wide variety and broad range of
information technology related efforts for Federal, State and local governments. Mr.
Mesler has over thirty years experience in applications development, independent
verification and validation, procurement and business process re-engineering. He is
responsible for managing Adsystech contracts with Federal civilian agencies and State and
local governments.
Roland Gillis, Vice President Enterprise Solutions
Mr. Gillis has over fifteen years experience in information technology research and
development, systems engineering, information systems development, and business process
reengineering of major data acquisition systems. Mr. Gillis is responsible for the
development of Adsystech's Adaptive Enterprise Solutions, a strategic set of leading edge
software products for various service industries that captures and analyzes the current
business environment by utilizing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software.
Micheal Hughes, Director of Marketing
Mr. Hughes has twenty years experience in technology sales, marketing, business
development and planning and strategic planning. He has worked in the defense,
construction, telecommunications and network engineering, and software product markets.
Mr. Hughes is responsible for business development for Adsystech with emphasis on product
solutions for State and local governments.
James Burns, Jr., Senior Program Manager
Mr. Burns has over 38 years of technical/managerial experience covering air traffic
operations, facility planning and procedures, airspace assignment, ATC rules and
regulations, field facility management, aeronautical information and cartography, ATC
terminal procedures, and aviation safety appraisals and oversight. Mr. Burns is an
Adsystech Senior Program Manager supporting the FAA's Center-TRACON Automation System
(CTAS) and User Request Evaluation Tool (URET) projects.
