Washington, DC April 21, 2000 — George C. Fields, Director of the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Transportation Administrative Service Center (TASC) presented a Special Recognition Award to eight Adsystech employees during the TASC Director's Third Annual Award Ceremony on April 18. The recipients of the award are:

Swynice Matthews
Alfred Poe
Robert Bruce
AJ Lee
Sheila Smith
John Now

Mr. Esfahani was honored further by being invited to attend the TASC/ITO budget hearing as part of the ITO team by Holly Twining, ITO Principal. This is the first time in the four years since Mr. Fields assumed the office of TASC Director that a contractor has been asked to attend such an event. The TASC/ITO budget hearing is an annual event conducted by Mr. Fields and the TASC Business Support Office.

Adsystech is a systems integrator for federal, state and local governments and commercial clients. Adsystech provides technical support services to DOT/TASC in the areas of automated systems development and support and financial management. Through this experience, Adsystech has gained an in-depth understanding of DOT's support needs and the DOT organizational culture.
