Information Change Management
Easily manage your information change process with our secure interface for points-of-contact (POC) and application administrators.

• Graphical user interface (GUI) for POCs to submit information change requests online
• Point-and-click interface for application administrators to verify correctness of submitted information and make available to general public (move to production level)

This module provides a user-friendly and intuitive interface for telephone operators or other individuals to quickly search and sort to find the correct individual or organization with fragmented identifying information. The eDirectory comes standard with the following information support tables:
