Federal-DOS

Adsystech has provided IT-related program management support to multiple Bureaus and Offices since 1991. We first provided the State Department with a wide variety of technical services in support of the Information Resource Management (IRM) Modernization Program. In an effort to bring all Department technology up-to-date, Adsystech has worked with the Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) to plan a systems modernization center, as well as an automated data architecture and repository. Adsystech has also helped the Department develop written guidelines and procedures in its massive worldwide Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance program, as well as establishing a Year 2000 Program Management Office to coordinate compliance efforts. Adsystech's work with modernization and Y2K compliance initiatives helped the State Department achieve short-term technical goals and laid the framework for the integrated IT environment.

We provided systems and software engineering services and other information technology services including systems analysis, requirements definition, design, functional and performance specification, development, database conversion, testing and maintenance. Alternatively, Adsystech performed independent verification and validation (IV&V) and quality assurance of general support contractor services and products and provided supporting feasibility and alternative analyses, benefit/cost analyses, program management support, and acquisition support.
