SETA-II Performance Recognition Award On July 7, 2004, BAE Systems Technical Task Lead, Mr. Donald Eddy, and SETA-II Program Manager, Louis Kleiman jointly awarded Adsystech’s employee, Mr. Vincent Telfer a SETA-II Performance Recognition Award. The following is the letter from Mr. Eddy and Mr. Louis Kleiman to Mr. Telfer. July 7, 2004 Dear Mr. Telfer, The FAA and the SETA-II Management Team consider your support to the SETA-II Contract outstanding. Your positive attitude and quality support for the SETA-II contract in leading the Traffic Flow Management Functional Analysis team and providing engineering tool expertise using CORE to support the NAS SR-1000 requirements team has been outstanding. You demonstrated superb growth as a junior engineer when you assumed the Lead engineer role for the TFM effort taking over when a senior engineer left the project. We never missed a beat. Your initiative in self-learning and exercising the engineering capabilities of the CORE tool following the loss of another senior team member also demonstrates the meaning of teamwork. Your FAA customers from both projects have voiced high praise. Your diligence and commitment to this task reflect credit upon you and your organization. Thank you and your teams for doing a great job. Your perseverance and positive attitude continue to improve customer relations and help us "Raise the Bar". To recognize this performance, the SETA-II Management Team would like to present you with a SETA-II Performance Recognition Award. Sincerely, Mr. Donald G. Eddy Mr. Louis Kleiman |
