Project Description

Project Analyst, F/T with Adsystech in Beltsville, MD. Analyze business processes and system requirements to design effective enterprise solutions. Document and manage technical and functional requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with business needs. Support the integration and optimization of mobile and web platforms to improve system  performance. Work closely with company’s international teams to define technical specifications and communicate project requirements. Conduct data analysis using SQL to generate insights and improve decision-making processes. Assist in system integration efforts to enhance interoperability and performance across platforms. Support the implementation of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems to improve document management and workflow automation. Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance system functionality and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute enterprise-level projects using Agile methodologies. Provide operational support and contribute to process improvements within the organization. On a daily basis, engage in real-time communication with a development team to ensure effective project execution. May partially work from home, but majority in-office is required.

 

Position requires Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information technology, or closely related field, plus 12 months experience as a project analyst or similar role involving data analysis. Experience may come before or after conferral of relevant degree. Must be able to speak Mandarin.
