Founding Adsystech in 1987, Mr. Arnold Avant has been integral in ensuring ongoing project visibility and vigilance at the highest level of the company. His primary responsibility is to guarantee all necessary resources are available to accomplish the company’s obligations. Mr. Avant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Harvard University and a Master of Philosophy in Mathematical Statistics from George Washington University.

Roland Gillis has over twenty-years of experience in the implementation of Enterprise Case Management software and domain expertise in the Health and Human Services market space Adsystech has compiled an existing database, providing in-depth insight into many of the deficiencies in current government funded programs (HUD, HHS, DOS). Our body of work that extends nationally (20 of the largest states) provides required funder operational management and compliance for billions of grant dollars distributed to thousands of service providers.
Senior Director
Dr. Yuantao Li is the lead architect of Adsystech's Enterprise Case Management software. His team provides over 20 years of experience in the development and deployment of our Enterprise Case Management solution in support of all federal and state and local Social Service programs. Yuantao holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Tsinghua University in China.

Adrian Gardner is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and former Federal Senior Executive Service Member. Adrian brings more than 30 years of experience serving as the Chief Information Officer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admiration's National Weather Service, National Aeronautics and Space Agency's (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He developed and implemented strategies for delivering the technology required to execute operational missions focused on protecting some of our country's most vulnerable people from harm and promoting emergency preparedness and resilience. As the Founder and CEO of The SmarTech Nexus Foundation (STN), Adrian supports underserved communities in their efforts to become inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.

Yosem Companys is one of the few people of color involved in the Silicon Valley technology industry for over 20 years. From 2001 to 2016, he taught, coached, and mentored high-technology entrepreneurs as part of a team at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. Yosem also worked with renowned venture capitalists and serial entrepreneurs, like Stanford Professor Terry Winograd, a pioneer of artificial intelligence and computer-human interaction. Recently, Yosem worked as a technology expert with the Research and Development Corporation (RAND) and the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the auspices of Internet co-inventor Vint Cerf.
