Database Analyst

Adsystech seeks a Database Analyst to monitor and administer company's Customer Support Ticket Database; create and deploy reports based on analysis of datasets and customer requests; analyze and develop methods and procedures to diagnose issues; maintain and tune database; apply statistical tools and methodologies to validate and enhance existing algorithms to meet requests, implement security measures to safeguard databases. Requires proficiency in R, MS Office, SQL, strong troubleshooting skills. Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics or related field required. Job located in Beltsville, MD.
