The Seattle Youth Violence Prevention Initiative continues to live up to their name when it comes to connecting and empowering Seattle’s youth. Now that the school year is coming to a close, volunteers with Homework Help at Douglas Truth Library will help students on a drop-in basis throughout the remainder of the school year. These volunteers continue to provide support and encouragement to students aligning with SYVPI’s mantra of helping youth to set goals and connecting them with the help and services they need to succeed.
