With several agencies working hard to find homes for these young individuals, it’s hard to really absorb the reality of what is occurring until the numbers are brought to your attention. YouthCare recently thanked the Seattle Times for highlighting the tragedy surrounding the numbers regarding youth in relation to homelessness.
In today’s world, bringing awareness to communities is important! By rendering people knowledgeable, communities become more inclusive with organizations like YouthCare. Working together, communities and organizations are better able to hear the voices of those otherwise not heard and share the efforts in assisting homeless youth towards finding a home.
