Officially, unofficially “National Get To Know Your Customer day”! Always observed 4 times a year on the third Thursday of each quarter, this has become an incentive for
businesses to reach out and get to know their patrons. Working as partners with all our clients, we do our best to take the opportunity to better understand our client’s point of view on how to better address their community and surrounding communities’ needs. This is part of why we are so excited about the newest iteration of our software. It is a direct result of listening to the needs of our clients. Re-engineering our software through teaming up with select clients created the Development Partnership Initiative. Through this initiative we were able to show our commitment to our client’s success by building a system “By the customer, For the customer”.
